HOMECOMING 2021
The homecoming parade will be on Friday night (October 1st, 2021) starting at 6:00 PM. Line up for the parade will begin at 5:00 PM (no earlier please).
The parade line up and starting point will be in the student parking lot of LA.
Students will travel to Oak street where we will disband and return to the High School. Homecoming Dance will be Saturday Night at the High School.
Please pick up your parade entry form from the office and return completed entry form to Mr. Dingwall by Tuesday, September 28th, 2021.
This includes all groups, clubs and others that will have some type of representation in the parade.
Band receives Superior rating at the Upper Cumberland Marching Band Festival at Cumberland Co. High School on Saturday, September 11th, 2021.
The LA “SotW” Marching Band performed in the Upper Cumberland Marching Band Festival that was held on Saturday, September 11, 2021. The Bands performance was at 5:15 PM, on a beautiful fall like evening, it was the best time to be at a marching festival. There were 11 bands represented at the festival. At the Awards Ceremony as all the bands student leadership were on the field, each schools rating was announced in performance order. The time came for Livingston Academy’s scores to be announced. Anticipation was high as the scores for LA were read, Band – Superior; Drum Major – Superior; Percussion – Excellent; Band’s overall score is a Superior. LA “SotW” Marching Band was 1 of 3 bands to receive an overall Superior score for their performance. Great Job Band, way to go!!!
Project Grad will begin ticket sales for the homecoming dance today during lunch. The cost of tickets are $20. See Seniors at the table during your lunch to purchase tickets!
