LA Athletic Trainer Chad Crain and the Livingston Regional Hospital Sports Medicine team will be conducting a mass physical event for LA athletes for the 2024-2025 school year on Monday, April 29th, from 5-8PM at Livingston Academy. Those seeking to attend may use the main entrance of the school. All athletes must have a physical dated April 15, 2024 or beyond to be eligible for athletics the following school year per the TSSAA rules. The cost will be $10; the proceeds will go back to the LA Sports Medicine fund to help improve sports medicine care in the purchasing of more medical equipment. Please print and bring a completed copy of all 13 pages of the attached PDF (see below) with you to the event to quicken the process.
