On Tuesday, October 6:
- Seniors (Virtual and In-Person) will take ACT at LA. If they drive or are dropped off, they may wait until 7:50 to enter the building. Seniors may leave after the test but must have a note from parent/guardian.
- Sophomores (Virtual and In-Person) will take the Practice ACT at LA. Sophomores will enter the building at regular times and be in rooms by 7:40. Sophomores who are virtual students may leave after the test is completed, but they must also have a permission note from parents/guardians.
- Freshmen and Juniors will have Virtual ACT Day. They will not come to LA. Instead, Freshmen and Juniors will complete virtual ACT Prep and IXL assignments.
Calling all hunters!! Mrs. Padgett has gone through all the hunting and fishing magazines in the library and has a ton of magazines that she is wanting to give away. If you would like to come by the library and take home some great reading material, stop by the library today or tomorrow.
A great big shout out to all the students that have returned books so far. You all have been awesome! Don't forget to stop by the library to check out some of the new arrivals that are ready for you and check out the spooky, scary books for October and Halloween reading!! There are two Spooktacular displays waiting for you!!
Students if you receive a library slip sent to you, please do not throw it away. If you have the book just return it to the library and if there are any questions, see Mrs. Padgett. The library is open! Come check out some fabulous books!!
Gaming Club will meet each Friday after school in Mr. Street's room. For details, ask Mr. Street.
ACT Prep meets on Tuesday and Thursdays with a session from 3-5 and a session from 5:30-7:30. ACT Prep will meet on Parent Teacher Conference night. There is only 5 weeks left until the October ACT testing season; if you want to prepare to do your best on the ACT see Ms. Farris, Ms. Kessel or Ms. Williams to join ACT Prep after-school!
